We provide a platform for generating and editing images and generating videos through third-party AI models. Model availability and output settings may change. AI-generated results can contain errors and may differ from your instructions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans provide credits for eligible generation requests. The plan price, billing interval, credit allowance, and expiry are displayed before checkout. Generation costs depend on the selected model and settings. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Email contact@aimediagenerator.app or open a Support ticket from your account for payment, cancellation, or refund questions. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.

Intellectual Property

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for uploaded materials and prompts. You authorize us and the providers used for your request to process those materials to provide the requested service. Rights in AI-generated outputs depend on the applicable model provider terms and law; outputs may not be unique. The platform software, branding, and service features remain subject to their respective intellectual property rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may request account closure by emailing contact@aimediagenerator.app or through Support tickets in your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
