Google Sign-In

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, and email verification status, together with your name and profile picture when available. We store these details in your account records to identify you, sign you in, and link or manage your account.

Our Google sign-in integration requests the basic identity scopes openid, email, and profile. Access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendars, or Google Photos is not needed for this sign-in feature.

Our authentication system also stores OAuth credentials returned by Google in the linked account record. Depending on what Google returns, these may include access tokens, refresh tokens, ID tokens, token expiry times, and granted scopes. We use Google identity information and these credentials only to complete and maintain authentication, manage login sessions, and link or manage your account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

Conversation Sharing

Conversations are private by default. If you choose public sharing, anyone with the link can view the shared conversation and its media. You can return a conversation to private in its sharing controls.

Data Security

We use account authentication and access controls to protect private account records. No method of Internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Avoid treating a publicly shared conversation as private storage.

Your Rights

You can update available profile details in account settings and manage your saved conversations in the workspace. To request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of other personal information, email contact@aimediagenerator.app or open a Support ticket from your account. Some billing and security records may need to be retained where required by applicable law.
