Scope and model transparency

AI Media Generator helps you create AI-generated images and videos through APIMart. Available models are identified in the generation controls. We are an independent service and do not represent or imply endorsement by any model developer. Model availability and supported settings may change.

Prohibited content

Do not request, upload, generate, edit, distribute or share any of the following through this service.

• Pornography and NSFW content — explicit sexual activity, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate material.
• Violence and gore — graphic injury, torture, dismemberment, cruelty, or content encouraging violence or violent extremism.
• Hate speech — content promoting hatred, discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
• Child-unsafe content — child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or attempts to generate such material, including synthetic content.
• Deepfakes and impersonation — real-person face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate scenes, or fabricated statements, actions or events involving an identifiable real person. Consent does not permit these prohibited generation features. Do not use the service to deceive, harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.
• Copyright and trademark infringement — material you lack permission to use, infringing reproductions, misleading brand impersonation, or attempts to remove rights protections.

Uploaded material

Upload only material you own or have permission to use. Do not upload another person's image, voice or other personal information without that person's explicit consent and any other required permission. Permission to upload does not override the prohibited-content rules. Do not upload confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.

Moderation and access

Generation requests are subject to content checks. Content that is blocked, cannot be checked, or requires further review may be withheld rather than generated or displayed. Model safety filters are additional safeguards and do not replace these rules. Do not bypass filters, obscure prohibited requests, or change models to evade restrictions. AI filtering can make mistakes; contact support to challenge a decision.

Reports and enforcement

Report suspected violations to contact@aimediagenerator.app or submit a Support ticket from your account. Include a conversation or task identifier, the affected URL if any, a brief explanation and relevant rights information. Do not email illegal images or videos as attachments.

We review reports, may restrict access while investigating, remove or withhold content, and suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated violations. We may preserve relevant security and moderation records and respond to lawful requests. Billing adjustments and refunds remain subject to applicable law and our service terms; reporting a violation does not automatically trigger a charge or refund.

Changes and contact

This policy applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We may update it as the service or model capabilities change. Questions and appeals can be sent to contact@aimediagenerator.app.
